Discover his policy ideas and how he'd run Britain.
Monday, 23rd June 2025
The Bridge Room (upstairs), 85 Albert Bridge, Battersea, SW11
We’re delighted to extend an exclusive invitation to BTSC guests, in collaboration with Revellers’ Club, for a truly fascinating evening with Rupert Lowe. A talk with The Right Honourable Rupert Lowe, entrepreneur, former Southampton FC Chairman and Independent MP for Great Yarmouth. Elon Musk commented that he should be Prime Minister, based on his tweets on X.
So, how would he govern? What would happen if Lowe were to become Prime Minister, considering he is an Independent MP without a political party?
About Rupert Lowe
Rupert Lowe, Independent Member of Parliament for Great Yarmouth, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background that includes chairing Southampton Football Club. He was elected to the European Parliament in 2019 as a representative of the Brexit Party. After securing his Parliamentary seat in 2024 under Reform UK, Lowe now sits as an independent MP following a public fallout with Nigel Farage and a subsequent suspension from the party. Recent reports indicate he may be exploring ties with the Conservative Party.
Why attend?
This is a rare opportunity to hear from a man who has navigated the sharp edges of business, sport, and politics — from boardroom battles at Southampton FC to the turbulent frontlines of Brexit Britain. Rupert Lowe’s journey offers a candid, insider’s view of power, principle, and political disruption at the highest levels.
What might you ask?
• Could Rupert Lowe join the Conservatives — or start a new party?
• Is a centre-right alliance with Nigel Farage still possible?
• What would the UK look like after five years under his leadership?
• What, in his view, is the single biggest obstacle to fixing Britain’s economy?
• How should Brexit’s untapped potential be harnessed?
• What would he do to reform the Civil Service — or bypass it entirely?
• Would he establish a Department of Government Efficiency — and who would lead it?
• Should the House of Lords be overhauled? Does Britain need a written constitution?
• How would he rethink the NHS — including the question of “affordable” vs. “free”?
This promises to be an unmissable evening of insight and company — a chance to learn, connect, and enjoy a different kind of Monday night.
